Description	(4TH FLOOR TENANT IMPROVEMENTS) Fire sprinklers used to meet high-rise requirements. To finish portions of the 4th floor (25,211 sq. ft. including terrace) in preparation for occupancy. Scope of work includes offices, hotel rooms, and terrace on the 4th floor. Work is to include restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, 1-hr occupancy separation, 1-hr corridors, stair enclosure to the 4th floor, and suspended ceilings all per approved drawings and plan check conditions on file. The occupant load of the terrace shall be based on 1 person per 15 square feet. Signs shall be posted per items #40 & #41 on the plan check report. PC-420-97 CJW (10-20-97) SEPARATING THE ELEVATOR VESTIBULE FROM THE CORRIDOR ON THE 4TH FLOOR WAS APPROVED. CHANGES ALLOW FOR AN INCREASED OCCUPANT LOAD. (2-27-98) THIS PERMIT FOR THE 4TH FLOOR WORK WAS SPLIT OFF FROM PERMIT BLD97-1950 WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY ISSUED TO COVER WORK ON THE 3RD AND 4TH FLOORS.

The original permit (BLD97-1950) covered both the 3rd and 4th floor work. This permit was created because the owner wanted to use separate contractors for the the 3rd and 4th floor work. This permit (BLD98-0482) covers the 4th floor. The former permit (BLD97-1950) has been altered to cover only the 3rd floor.
