did this inspection 4/23/98pm,but in area so went back by to check progress,footings have been poured,told them to add the stirups around the upright rebars in the colums sono tubes, contractor said he would,also the end supports of the steel beam need 3/4" bolts into the garage ext footing,they had drilled 1/2" told him to check to see if ok by engineer.or drill 3/4".
