I did a plan review, but the property is actively being sub-divided and therefore no permit can be issued. Apon learning of the sub-division problem I notified John Price and Doug Tamari ( Arch.) that the plans would not proceed any further until the plan is approved. I also gave John a heads up on what were the significant issues that I found when doing the review.Doug requested approval of a permit based on the original lot. I told him that no permit can be issued while the plat is in process.
