owner called requesting use of 2 office areas within this space. we said we would review areas and if work was completed we would make every effort to get them in. They never called back so they are working with us from the standpoint that the work has to be done before we can inspect it. Inspectors need to stay on top of these types of jobs so that control in their favor is constant.
