Call to Clinton Yaka, architect, to ask him to handle approval from CDH for pool and that I would need a copy of the application and evidence of having provided needed information to CDH before I would issue the permit and that CDH would have to sign off on the occupancy request form as a condition of final & and issuance of a C.O. Tried to call State Environmental Div. to see if they would need any information on the pool before I can issue permit. I was transfered to the voice mail of Jerry Yoder and left a message for him to call me.

Mr. Jerry Yoder of State Environmental Div. called me back to say that if the same pool was being used as originally approved in 1979 without remodel, a review by the state was not needed, only a permit from CDH for operating the pool.

Called Central District Health and talked with Michelle. Was told they had no record of application or review of information concerning Bronco Elite Gymanstics applying for a review to reuse the existing pool. An application is needed and a fee of $50.00 is required.

Plan review and notes completed. Copy of comments to architect, Clinton Yaka, BRS Architects. This is the final phase that will declare a use for all areas and provide code complying exits from all areas per occupancy requirements. The structural upgrade previously permited is complete as is the fire sprinkler alarm system required for area increase (was part of the original 1979 plan review for this facility, under different ownership). Completion of this phase will allow issuance of a C.O. for the entire building.
