Mr. Dick Dufenhorst, owner of Hannah's, called to bring in a floor plan that would show a room that was not shown on original plans used as a escape / dressing room area for Rockie. The fire department had requested he bring the plan in. The information on the computer for the 1998 permit issued to the tenant does not indicate any inspections being called for nor is the permit indicated as being expired. A copy of the case summary was given to Mr. Dufenhorst and the business card of Bob Archibald, Structural inspector supervisor and Mr. Dufenhorst is to call the inspection division and provide the plans and to obtain the required inspection to obtain the letter of completion compliance for the permitted project.
