06/05/98 407 - footing / ###-####.No approved plans at the site,No plans at all, set backs appear ok, The footings have (2)#4 rebar at all locations garage footing is continous at the front and there are vertical bars with hooks tied to the footing,The footings exceed City's minimum requirements. Note: Later I was informed by the Contractor that the home owner gave them a detail for footings which is not on the City approved plans.
