Parking lot is not completed-no striping, wheel guards, handicap stall not painted or marked. Said they may change location and I advised them that prior to doing so they had better have P&Z approval or they would not be permited to occupy bldg. Also reminded them that they were still in violation with the banner sign I gave them a notice for last week. Sign is across roof of bldg. They said they would get it down. Told them that the ACHD barrier on Stilson street had to be replaced prior to occupancy permit. A section of sod was damaged on Alameda street where a vehicle had missed the turn. Found a large boat parking there and put a notice on it.
