REQUIRING NO FOUNDATION PER CODE; WOULD HAVE FIRE WALLS CONSTRUCTED WITHIN THE BUILDING SYSTEM TO BE IN COMPLIANCE IN RESPECT TO DISTANCE TO PTY LINES FOR A COMMERCIAL BUILIDNG; AND MR. BARRIATUA WAS MADE AWARE THAT ANY FUTURE PROJECT FOR THE BUILDNG AT THIS SITE WOULD INVOLK REQUIREMENTS FOR BRINGING THE STRUCTURES INTO COMPLIANCE FOR COMMERCIAL USE THROUGH AN ARCHITECT LICENSED IN THE STATE OF IDAHO.
