This is pretty much a big ole mud hole out here. None of the landscaping requirements and etc. in. New Addition construction - addition of multi-purpose room and kitchen being worked on- the remodel portion of this job cannot be done until occupancy can be gained so they can move personnel out of the area to be remodeled. The 8-u, cottages #1 and #2 BLD98-1955 & BLD98-1956 not started. (Bonding amount of $49,500.00 has been approved for them to bond 110% of all the costs for landscpaing, parking striping, bicycle racks, H/C and etc. and do temporaries on structures as they complete. 2/22/99: Bond for $49,500.00 received by Cathy W. Harriet Lawrence signed temporary.
