Inserted plan re-submittals into the plans for processing for permit. The response was incomplete. I called and talked with Chris Quann at GNA to have him let Vince Johnson, he was out of town, that the structural analysis for the floor carrying the MRI machine, the architect of record declaration and the special inspection requirements were not addressed in the response in a proper manner if at all - items 2(g) & 2(h) on plan review requirements. Issuaing permit with the stipulation that the information be provided prior to frame inspection.
