Steel grates still need to be installed (in sidewalk/drainage) - need to get approval from Planning Dept. for all the "rock" around the structure in lieu of sod. 7/21/99 - They are going to submit MOD to DR so they need to bond $4630. for removal of rock, fine grading, upgrade sprinkler system, lay sod. Modification approved - Bonded $1785. for add'l. shrubs, sprinkler heads. They will need to remove tree at the se planter at bldg. because it is over the top of gaslines. Property is in sore need of mowing and litter removal...don't call me back unless this is taken care of as well as the add'l. plants/sprinkler heads.
