Work is to include TJI/PRO 250 floor joists, 3/4" plywood, and 2 layers of 5/8" Type "X" gypsum board on the ceiling all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. Changes shall be made to the fire sprinkler system to accommodate the added floor area. Such changes shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department.
