Met Kim Pham on site. Told her to make contact with Scott Spjute or Roger Jones in Planning Dept. re: Permit issues (Conditional Use). This permit issued orignally in County -several issues not addressed - some that are - ????
Still need to lay sod - put in parking pads, slat chain-link fence - put in underground sprinkler system (was never mentioned before - could find no reference in Co. Permit). Also Cond. #17 requires some type of landscaping (other than sod?) ? I really can't figure out why this is required on the south boundary of property. This all needs to be straightened out in Planning Dept. before I can do much with it.
