I have "babysat" this for months. I have talked to Marty S. a number of times. There is no response from DR Committee - DR analyst - Merit Homes - Architect - nor has there been any word from neighbors...therefore..since all is "technically there" in one form or another -I am signing off on this project.

Trees are not in per plans/ landscaping is not per plans - discussed this issue with Marty S. - he is willing to buy off on the landscaping but they do need to put in the trees that they have omitted (in planter and at the north boundary). The handicapped ramp is one of the strangest that I have seen..I suppose that it would work... My interpretation of the Commission's conditions is that there be a 6' fence buffering the residential properties. This property has a much higher grade than surrounding area - consequently - the existing 6' fence is approx. 4'- 4 1/2' (if you are standing in landscape strip). The plants there have there are nearly as high as the fence and they are only 4' + s shrubs. There is nearly foot between the existing fence and the "retaining wall" (I use this term loosely) that is already propagating weeds and grasses (maintenance nightmare). I am not inclined to sign off on this without the confirmation of Planning that this is acceptable.
