phase 2 includes parking and landscaping around, front and behind retail "A". One set of drawings includes all of phase I and another set has a site plan "AO.1" showing phase 2 only. Also, plans for signs are included in the sets of plans provided. Any business sign (not including signs designating handicapped stalls, etc.) requires a sign permit issued by Boise Planning Division. Approval of the grading plan is in no way approval of the included sign drawings. RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATIONS: The ACHD Commission approved the vacation on August 12, 1998 but will not sign a resolution to finalize until October, per Kathy Smith at ACHD. We have yet to receive a record of survey (a condition of approval for CUP98-20) but staff has signed the grading permit; the permit for the first building should not be signed until the vacation is complete and we have received a record of survey to reflect the vacation and consolidation of lots, etc. - M.
