Some confusion as to special inspection,contractor will address with architect,engineering was not done by ehm for foundations and was done as general design by architect,should not require special insp,if so they will has concrete test done ,none of other 5 buildings have ha d special inspection as it was never addressed by plan review,has been caught by a geaneral note on plan ,CONCRETE shall meet 3000 psi at 28 days.
