Dan asked me Mon. Jan. 11, 1999 to review additional info builder brought in and issue permit. I only saw one set of prints on Dans desk, so I didn't review. Builder came in on Tues. and notice a set of his plans on the back counter at the front desk. Pat came and got me and I took the set from the builder and told him I would look at it. I reviewed the eng. and talked to the eng. (eng. o.k.)
