Reviewed proposal with applicant. Determined that project could be done under fast track program (pink slip). Checked records for past history for building. Permit issued in March, 1973, for the construction & finaled in Dec, 1973, with C.O. #1246 issued to Hardee Construction. Per permit & plan review of 1973 under 1970 UBC, the building is Type V-1 hour construction and two story. A certificate of occupancy is needed by the tenant, "Money Tree" who has occupied the site since 1997 per the contractor.
