(STATEHOUSE INN - 6TH FLOOR REMODEL) Fire sprinklers used to meet R-1 hotel provisions. To remodel the 6th floor (11,300 square feet) of an existing hotel building to be used as hotel suites (23 total on the 6th floor). Work is to include upgrades to the building alarm system, interior nonbearing walls, replacing exterior windows, three new exterior window openings, extending one stair enclosure to serve the roof, spray on fire proofing on an existing metal roof, a hotel room accessible to the disabled on the 2nd floor, and gypsum board ceilings all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. The fire sprinkler system (completed under a separate contract) shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. PC-875-98 **CJW**
