Talked to property owner, Robert Krohn, 1/6/99. advised him martial arts facility not an allowed use without Conditional Use Permit. He must submit letter saying he is not going to use facility for business or martial arts activity until he has CU permit. He must also submit changes to building plan deleting seating area, and adding two off-street parking spaces, before proceeding with construction. Letter submitted 1/08/99. Changes made to plan.
