Jim S. inspected 3/3/00 - still needed 3 lights up. Site inspection revealed lighting complete. DRH98-0246 File contains "conflicting data". Site plans and etc. show efffectively what was constructed as it is on site....accompanying building elevations depict the rod-iron fence to be placed at the east side of the rear (south elevation) of the building in lieu of the west side of the rear (south elevation) of the building. Building elevations are dated rec'd/ 12/98. Plans stamped and dated approved and on site are dated 1/29/99. I read through the letter of approval and no notations/conditions had been made to clarify or indicate that "the building elevation plans dated 12/98 were specifically approved as a revision to or to supercede approved plans dated 1/29/99.....therefore, signed off the Final on this project as per approved plans on site.
