Met with Brian Wilson to review project proposal. Since this is a new tenant for a previously unoccupied, unfinished space, plans are required and they will be processed as a regular permit. Tenant space is less than 1500 sq. ft. so an architect is not required. Using floor plan of previous vanilla finish for this space when other tenant permits issued.
