Description	(JOURNAL BROADCASTING GROUP) To install a shoring wall on each side of bearing wall to be removed, constructed per attached engineering, to support floor trusses when approximately 26 feet of bearing wall is removed. To install a 6.75" x 22.5" x 25.5 feet, 24F-V4 Glulam Beam, with bearing and connection details per attached engineering. To create a shear wall, per engineering, on a 10'-6" section of wall adjacent to the main entry door on the tenant space side and install 7/16" APA rated plywood with nailing at 3" o.c. at edges & solid blocking at all joints and 12" o.c. in field. Install 3/4" x 8", epoxy anchors @ 48" o.c. in bottom plate of shear wall, engineering plan sheet 9. All per approved plans, attached engineering & attached plan review notes. No exterior modifications, plumbing or mechanical under this permit. PC#99-076 / drs
