Call from Mr. Doug Bagley, owner of 6000 Franklin, to determine progress of plan review for T.I. upgrade for certificate of occupancy. Have received plans from Pat McKeegan on Jan 26, 1999 and will review as soon as I am finished with plan review in progress. Mr. Bagley instructed me to have Pat McKeegan called when permit ready to pick up.

MET WITH DREW NEWNHAM OF COLDWELL BANKERS. WANTED TO OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FRO A NEW TENANT IN AN EXISTING SPACE AT 6000 FRANKLIN ROAD. TOLD HIM WE COULD DO A MISCELLANEOUS PERMIT TO USE SPACE AS IS WHILE ARCHITECT, PAT MCKEEGAN REVIEWED THE SITE AND CAME UP WITH PLANS TO SHOW THE BASEMENT AREAS CLOOSED OFF WITHOUT ANY USE BEYOND EXISTING MECHANICAL UNITS INBASEMENT. ALSO NEEDED TO REVIEW EXIT REQUIREMENTS FOR DOOR SWING BASED ON OCCUPANT LOAD AND CONSIDER ACCESSIBLITY PER APPENDIX CHAPTER 11. DEW IS TO FAX ME BACK THE COMPLETED APPLICATION AND THE NAME OF THE TENANT.
