Provide seismic bracing or support each fixture directly from the structure above (not supported by grid - includes strip lights) & install display cases for tenant. Separate sign permit required before tenant sign is installed. DETAIL 4/A-1, TRANSFORMER DETAIL IS NOT APPROVED FOR THIS PROJECT WITHOUT ENGINEERING. IT HAS BEEN AGREED THAT THE TRANSFORMER WILL REMAIN ON THE FLOOR AS CURRENTLY LOCATED UNTIL ENGINEERING IS RECEIVED AND APPROVED. VERBAL AGREEMENT WITH LOU MENENDEZ, CONTRACTOR & ARCHITECT, DAN MULLIN (letter attached to plan). No modifications to existing storefront & rolling security grill. Separate field approval of sprinkler system, smoke detector location to bottom of deck pan and verification of smoke exhaust system for this space is required by Fire Department as condition of receiving a Certificate of Occupancy for Samuel's Jewelry to open for business. Also to provide structural engineers review for placement of a 2200 lb safe in the new tenant location to verify adequate support & load distribution. Permit being issued with conditions that the tranformer will not be relocated until said engineering is received & approved and the safe will be relocated or resuported per engineering before a final certificate of occupancy is given to the tenant to open.
