Description
To finish interior tenant walls from floor to ceiling over existing non-combustible framing. To modify existing sprinkler system as necessary to provide coverage per adopted city code. To modify existing smoke detector and smoke exhaust system to provide appropriate coverage of this new tenant space by extending existing exhaust ducting & supply to serve this tenant space area. To cut through a bearing wall on the North side of space to provide required access & egress. This door opens into an existing exit passageway. The door will swing into the space and be a listed, labeled, 1-hour fire resistive, self-closing assembly with smoke-gasketting at top and both side of door frame. Shelves for storage shall be laterally supported per Chapter 16, 1999 UBC. PC#99-108 / drs

Need a signature & architectural stamp by Doug Thompson for general letter received stating that a bond beam was established at 7"4" from finish floor to bottom of bond beam. This had been done, per the letter to allow for exterior doors to be installed as necessary based on new tenant spaces being created and new doors being required.
Meeting  2/8/1999
Meeting with Jerry Gillette, Boise Towne Square mainteneance manager, to review proposed plan to install a new door through the North side bearing wall from space #1113, created by Sole Outdoors tenant space occupaying the fron 70- feet of space 1115 leaving a 20 x 28 foot space at the rear of the space without access. The door would open into an exit passageway. This area / room, is also the location of an auxilliary drain line for the sprinkler system and is required to be accessible for the fire department per the UFC. Applicant to provide engineering for the new door cut-out and a floor plan of the space.
