Call to Doug Thompson of Law-Kingdon Architects requesting a signature & architects stamp on the generic memo concerning the installation of new openings for doors of 3'-0" X 6'-8" uso=ing the bond beam installed at date of origian construction as the approved header above such new openings per original structural engineering details for lintels. Doug will fax me a new letter with appropriate signature & stamp.

Need a signature & architectural stamp by Doug Thompson for general letter received stating that a bond beam was established at 7"4" from finish floor to bottom of bond beam. This had been done, per the letter to allow for exterior doors to be installed as necessary based on new tenant spaces being created and new doors being required.

Meeting with Jerry Gillette, Boise Towne Square mainteneance manager, to review proposed plan to install a new door through the North side bearing wall from space #1113, created by Sole Outdoors tenant space occupaying the fron 70- feet of space 1115 leaving a 20 x 28 foot space at the rear of the space without access. The door would open into an exit passageway. This area / room, is also the location of an auxilliary drain line for the sprinkler system and is required to be accessible for the fire department per the UFC. Applicant to provide engineering for the new door cut-out and a floor plan of the space.
