this construction framed over early start permit. no responce received from heaton for initial additional requirements. stop work and double fee given for proceeding past foundation stage. contractor from all indications is now working over stop work per inspector.

have talked with designer about additional engineering for dining room bay, two story garage wing walls and overheight bearing walls. informed me that heaton const. was advised about this prior to submittal. foundation poured with early start and will probably require retro fit engineering. called contractor, left message.
