To construct restrooms, an open office area, retail sales area, and paintball playing fields within an existing 31,100 square foot building. Work is to include a new exit door to the outside, interior walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, props within the paintball playing fields, and interior doors all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. This permit is intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for the entire building including the paintball playing fields. The maximum allowed occupant load for the paintball playing fields (87) and the retail sales/paintball prep area (190) shall be posted near the main exits from these areas.
