THE UPGRADE IS BEING TAKEN AS AN EXTRA MEASURE OF SAFETY.

LATAH. I SUGGESTED JIM OBTAIN A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER TO REVIEW THE CONDITIONS OF THE FLOOR AND FLOOR STRUCTURE AND MAKE RECOMMENDDATIONS OF NEEDED REPAIRS. IF DETERMINED TO BE NECESSARY TO REPLACE OR RESUPPORT AN ENGINEERED DESIGN DETAIL WOULD BE NEEDED.
