Work to include, removal of the tenant demising wall between the two spaces, demolition of interior partitions, restrooms, storefront and miscelaneous finishes, new work to include construction of a nonrated exit hallway that connects to a rated exit passage way , new partitions to divide up area into office, stockroom, fitting rooms and sales area, construction of a new storefront system, and installation of a new roll up security grill, installation of a suspended ceiling system in accordance with UBC Standard 25-2, construction of one new fully accessible restroom. Miscelaneous interior finshes. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered and has a smoke control system. Any alteration or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Smoke evacuation system shall be maintained as installed under the 1985 UBC.
