PER BLD1045682, THE BASEMENT IS NOT APPROVED FOR ANY USE BUT SERVICE OF THE BUILDING - NO STORAGE OR OCCUPANCY APPROVED - HAS ONLY ONE EXIT. ENTIRE BUILDING, INCLUDING BASEMENT WAS TO BE SPRINKLED FOR 1-HOUR CONSTRUCTION SUBSTITUTION. Remaining 8,007 sf will be vacant and require separate application, plans & approvals before any use or work can occur. Reviewed plans from Mike Hilton, Tenant space w.i existing tenant Rockin Rodeo. Rockin Rodeo & Ramada Inn's have moved out of the building and Boise City has purchased the building and Community Developement Div. has moved into the facility on the South East side. Boise City Grinder will be first tenant remodel within existing space vacated by Rockin Rodeo. The existing kitchen will be used by this tenant without modification except for cleanup required by health dept. Plan were pre-reviewed by Louise in PW; and Carol Johnson of CDH; and the sprinkler system was discussed with Bill Alexander.
