Met with Mr. Leach. He had found plans from vault for previous tenants Dawson Pharmacutical (3663) & Regional Express (3669) permitted in May 1991, C.O. #4490 & 4489 respectively. The new 9' x 12' office was red-lined in on plan, the application was filled out and the plan accepted as a fast track process per Plan Check Policy for non-bearing, non-fire-rated walls within an existing tenant space.

While Mr. Leach completed the application I researched the C.O. records for previous approved occupantcy of this building. Found C.O. # 4489 & #4490 for tenants in 1991. Copy in file. Used to establish type of construction & occupancy. 5/12/99 - Reviewed addresses with Jim Rich. Copy of plans from vault had shown this portion of the building addressed to 3657 W. Wright Street with 3663 being the center section of the building and 3669 being located at the West end of the building. Jim determined that this address should remain 3657 W Wright. This would leave the other two addresses in place as well as leave additional address numbers available for futrue tenants within the complex.
