Reviewed plans w/ Louise Waldorf, PW, to indicate location of booths vs. chairs, tables & benches. As long as square footage Hasn't changed for seating and service area and still a full service restaurant, there are no additional fee's. Later review of actual conditions at site could result in additional charges if differences other than those existing are noted. Health department approval required for issuance of a certificate of occupancy.

Met with Harve Haskell, representing Smoky Moauntain Pizza - Tripple "T" Enterprizes, to review scope of work involved for new tenant in existing restaurant space at Parcenter Blvd., Suite #117. To refurbish interior with paint & carpet and install new pizza oven, dough making & keeping equipment & a Type II Hood over pizza oven. Pulled previously approved floor plan from record vault, fiche #941405 for Ducks American Grill, 12/8/88, to review floor plan layout and modifications planned. Mr. Haskell stated that there would be no changes to existing seating from that existing as used by previious tenants. Review of the plans indicated that two areas that area's shown with a combination of bench seating, tables & chairs now exist as booth seating. Mr. Haskell is not aware of when modifications had been made. There have been two tenants since "Duck's", Tolley's & Cafe' Jacques that had the same type of business and had just taken over the space.
