(ROCKIES DINER - EXTERIOR WORK) This building is fire sprinklered. To remodel the exterior of an existing 6,000 square foot building. The demolition of the existing roof canopies and concrete sidewalks is covered under this permit. Work is to include new roof canopies, new sidewalks, an Exterior Insulation and Finish System, a new trash enclosure, a new roof access, repair of vehicular damage to an exterior masonry wall, and a modified bitumen roof membrane all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
