Conference call w/ Vince Johnson, GRN Assoc. Arch. & Stan McCuthison, Briggs Engineers. Stan said the five sheets I had with plans were all that involved the foundation. I explained that the cover sheet refered to 16 pages;the design sheets did not reflect the calculations to verify how numbers were reached for design; the data refered to shear walls used as part of the design for seismic and I had no reference on any plans regarding shear wall or locations; even though the modular unit itself was reviewed and approved by the state, a complete copy of the engineering data for the structure and it's support system was needed for the file package to go with the modular unit plans received that would go to the city records files. Stan said he would send mee the package this A.M.

I called Mark VanGulick of Kreizenbeck Constructors for copy of his engineering for project. He had told me on 8/25/99 that he had complete set. Mark had checked his and found that he only had the information I have. This is the same condition as the architect, Vince Johnson.

Talked with Jim Rich concerning what legal description he needed and explained to him the property was owned by SARMC and that Dennis Adams had provide a letter to this effect to P&Z when reviewed for approval. I also explained to Jim that this building basically was being installed over the previous site of the original 1994 paramedics quarters that has been removed for this new building. I had the 1994 legal description in my file and Jim Said this would satisfy his needs and would approve plans. He needs to route the plans to Louise Waldorf for Sewer feee analysis - most likely in other sewer district and is a matter of procedure for record keeping purposes and then the plans will be returned to me.

Call from Dennis Adams of SARMC to find out what was required by PW for them to approve the plans. I read him the comment on the screen inserted by Dave Radford in behalf of Jim Rich concerning evidence of leagal lot. I told Dennis I would go and talk to Jim and see what was needed and call him back. I also told Dennis I was waiting for a copy of the full engineering & calcs for the project for my file and had not received it yesterday as promised and that I would need this to final out permit for issuance. Dennis said he could ca;ll Stan at Briggs Engineering to follow up.
