Met J.C. of Petra on site. Still need to complete the 8' section of fence at the southeast corner of proj. - above-grade handicapped signs and mulch (soil aid or bark ). The neighbor lady is raising cain about them moving her post to complete fence so, I am not opposing them jogging in a few inches on the remaining 8' section until this issue is totally resolved.
