Met with Greg Ostrow to review scope of work. This facility has condominium office spaces and this construction of tenant demising walls to divide one space into three will create a Tenant "A" & Tenant "C" suite for future Dr Offices for separate tenants. Tenant "B" is owned by SLRMC and is proposed to have the continued use as a timeshare Dr. Office for use by Drs. while waiting for their own space to become available in the South Tower or new SLRMC office facility. SLRMC will act as the tenant for this space "B" and be responsible for the certificate of occupancy and maintaining the space in compliance with code. Tenant "B" area will not be remodeled under this permit but will be used as is within the bounds of the tenant separation walls. Only maintenance of the existing space is allowed and modification of electrical, mechanical & sprinkler systems to be separate of other created spaces. Tenant Space's "A" & "C" will not be occupied and no work will be done or allowed under this permit beyond the tenant separation walls. Each tenant space will require separate applications, plans & permits for a certificate of occupancy for the future new tenants.
