Called Kyle Fruetel of BRS Architects. Plans submitted had not been stamped. Alterations to tenant space areas exceed 1500 sq. ft. and require architectural plans. Kyle informed me that he would not stamp the plans at this time and would get back to me on how the architectural firm would proceed. He said he would handle dealings with the tenant & owner and ask that I not call them.

Received architectural stamp plans from Kyle Fruetel of BRS architects stamped by Billy Strite. Plans indicate wall locations and square footage of space. Letter submitted by Trisia Callis, property owner and signed by Mark & Deborah Hannuksela, proposed new proprietor for an existing tenant space formerly used as a Chicago Connection restaurant, with proposed future use as a Deli & Decantur restaurant, to allow common use by all tenant spaces of their restrooms for accessibility compliance. Copy attached to each plan.

Plans received were not stamped by the architect, BRS Architects as required. I called Kyle Fruetel at BRS to resubmit or come by and stamp the plans. Kyle stated that BRS Architects was not sure they were going to stamp the plans and that he would call me back and let me know. The plan are on hold at my desk.
