Met with Jonathan Seel to review scope of work proposed. Discussed concerns on restroom area hardware for exiting and that he is responsible to maintain compliance. Discussed that additional plans, application & permit is required before the remaining 1311 sq. ft. vacant are remaining as a result of this remodel is required. Plans presented for submittal are not stamped by architect. Mr. Seel to obtain stamp and then bring plans back.
