To reduce the size of an office tenant space on the 2nd floor of an existing building to 3,063 square feet. Work is to include a 1-hr tenant demising wall, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, millwork, and a 20 minute door to the existing fire-resistive corridor all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
