1) DISCUSSED NEED FOR ARCHITECT BASED ON CHANGE OF USE TO FOOD PREPARATION; > 1500 S.F. PLANS WILL NEED TO CIRCULATE TO PW, CDH, PLUMBING, FIRE & BUILDING DEPARTMENTS FOR CODE COMPLIANCE BASED ON USE DESIGNATED BY MR TAYLOR.
2)REVIEWED PROBLEMS THAT WERE CREATED BY APPLICATION BEING SUBMITTED FOR A KITCHEN AND ALL THE POSSIBILITIES THIS OPENED UP AND THE DIFFERENT REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH POSSIBLITY; THAT ANY KIND OF STEAM PRODUCING EQUIPMENT ALSO COULD INVOLK THE NEED FOR A HOOD EXHAUST SYSTEM PER UMC; THE OUTDOOR B.B.Q. GRILL RAISED QUESTIONS FOR LOCATION, COOKING REQUIREMENTS, CLEANING, UTENSILS & CONTAINER CLEANING, GREASE COLLECTION, ETC.
3) IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE BEST WAY TO PROCEED WITH THE PLAN REVIEW FOR PERMIT PROSESS WOULD BE AS A SANDWICH SHOP, NO B.B.Q AT THIS TIME AND REMOVAL OF THE WISH LIST FOODS FROM THE PRESENTED PLANS. PLANS ALSO NEED TO REFLECT THE ANSWERS TO THE PLUMBING QUESTIONS. PLANS WILL BE REROUTED BACK TO AGENCIES FAILING THE FIRST REVIEW BASED ON THE ABOVE NOTED AGREEMENT.
