ALL CONSTRUCTION PER THE APPROVED PLANS AND ATTACHED REQUIREMENT LIST. THIS IS A SHELL AND CORE PERMIT ONLY. THERE IS NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. Routed to Mike Hall. Per CUP98-81: Site plan does not comply with required 10' setback on west end of parking lot (NW corner); see condition 1(a) of DR99-60. Okay to pass but required changes are redlined. Revised sheets A110 and A120 are needed for plan set. Applicant must submit a revised site plan and meet with planning and DR staff for approval of parking lot modification, since significant changes to parking lot are required. Also, phasing is different than approved cup but perhaps does comply with DR approval. Per condition 3 of DR99-60, a revised phasing plan must be submitted to comply with the CUP. The phasing proposed in the building plans is okay and does comply with parking requirements (according to cup, 527 spaces are estimated to be required for courthouse and other uses within phase 1). Compliance with CUP condition #7 will be determined on later permit application of phase 1 - determination not necessary for this shell and core permit. ** Routed to Tempra Wilson.

Final landscape plan still needs to be approved by Design Review staff. Discussed with Eric Jensen who will be submitting a timeline.
