Soils report did not include tests on the expansiveness of the clay soils that were indicated onsite. Talked to David Cram at MTI and requested additional information on the clay and opinions on the affect it may have on the foundation
of the house. Took the house plans to Dan Overy on 11/23/99.
Soils report was modified and approved. It indicated a layer of expansive clay and recommended that the footings be placed beneath this layer
