There are several major changes, structural, and exiting that are shown different from the approved shell building plans. A Plan Modification is required for the changes to the shell building permit. A full review of the Tenant Improvement will not be done until the Plan Modification is completed and new plans are submitted for the Tenant Improvement. I did do a preliminary review on the Tenant Improvement and forwarded comments to the architect. Architect has been notified of Plan Modification requirement.
