PLEASE RESPOND TO THE FOLLOWING
RE-SUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS REQUIRED:
All Re-submittals must be submitted in duplicate to the plans review customer counter for distribution.

1. Since speed bumps are not permitted by Boise City Fire Department in fire access roadways, we cannot approve this application. Please re-submit with speed bumps removed. (Boise City Code Amendment 7-01-32, adding section 902.2.2.8 to UFC)

The following items plus any notations on the approved set of drawings must be completed prior to final inspection:

VERIFYING SITE ACCESS

1. All required fire apparatus access roadways shall have signs posted stating "NO PARKING, FIRE LANE" and shall have the curbing painted red with white lettering "NO PARKING, FIRE LANE" as indicated on the approved set of plans prior to occupancy. (UFC 901.4.2).

2. Streets less than 36 feet wide shall be designated and marked "No Parking" on one side; streets less than 29 feet wide shall be designated and marked "no Parking" on both sides; and standard ACHD cul-de-sacs shall be designated and marked "No Parking" on all sides. For the purposes of this section street width is measured back-of-curb to back-of-curb. (UFC 902.2.4.1).

3. NOTE: The 19' width of the fire department access along the north side of the building has been previously approved.
