We upgraded the old service to 200amps, and converted the old indoor fuse box to a junction box, and we ran a new 30amp ckt. to the existing water heater(it was fed with #12's before). We drove 2 gnd. rods and tagged to the waterlines at the water heater in the basement(owner says that the house is served with plastic waterline from the street). Thanks!!!
