This work was performed in Apartment #5 at the TOP of the stairs, enter the building doors on the East side of the building and proceed up the stairs. Owner will meet you in the apartment for the tour. We:1)installed a new 20 amp 120 volt circuit to a new GFCI receptacle in the bathroom. 2)re-fed 2 existing dead wall receptacles from an existing circuit using wiremold and installed an AFCI breaker on this existing circuit. 3)replaced 2 existing kitchen receptacles with GFCI receptacles and installed a ground wire. 4)extended an existing switch leg & neutral to a new center light in the bed room using MC cable. 5)fished power down from the existing smoke detector box to a new receptacle in living room.(#6030248wsa).
