spoke with owner Bill Ramsey ###-#### about lowing final value per not on this project anymore, Romar Elec. took over (ele07-01641). Told him only need to pull permit for value of work up to the point they actually did and can submit letter for refund. He said as of now they have been pais $748,000 but still in legal battle and value may go up. He said will contact us when settled with final value and will request refund.
