On 1/30/07 we installed a new 200 amp overhead service on their new garage with a new panel inside the garage and Pat Lass Passed it & Idaho Power energized it. On 7/24/07 we returned and guyed the mast back after they had put the roof on. Evidently we failed to request a Final Inspection at that time. Today while auditing my permit account I discovered this. Obviously the owner has performed ALL wiring (except the new service) under my permit without my knowledge or permission. On 9/14/07 Mike Kinnear performed a Rough-in inspection which we did not request. Please perform a Final inspection on my service installation and make certain that the owner is charged for ALL Permitting/Inspection Fees except for the service. Thank you, Dan Mitchell @ ###-####. We should have called in for a Final at that time but evidently failed to do so. The owner performed ALL wiring (evidently under our permit WITHOUT our knowledge or permission) and they even called the City to schedule a Rough-In inspection for 9/14/07 which Mike Kinnear performed.
